QUESTION: Councillor  M. Árdagh

"To ask the Manager if any sites have been identified in the Terenure/Rathfarnham area for infill housing?"

REPLY:

The current construction programme identifies three development sites in the Terenure/Rathfarnham area.  Whitechurch Phase 4 which is at tender acceptance stage consists of 29 units and a community facility.  This project is set to go on site during the first quarter.

A concept design for a small site at Whitechurch Avenue is in the course of preparation while the remaining development requires a feasibility study of the  Palmer Park/Pearse Brothers Park area to be undertaken. This latter development will be advanced in association with the proposals for the Draft Local area Plan.
