"To ask the Manager if there are any maintenance works outstanding in the Senior Citizens Complex in Limekiln Green and to ask when these works will be carried out?"

REPLY:

When a maintenance query is received, it is categorised as, emergency, urgent, routine or cyclical.  There are some items still to be done under our cyclical maintenance for our Senior Citizen Complex at Limekiln Green;

 Front gutter repairs – Target date Mid-August 2006
