QUESTION NO. 9
QUESTION: Councillor E. O'Brien
"To ask the Chief Executive to confirm the amount of "LIHAF" funding allocated to developments in the Lucan/Palmerstown area, which has been drawn down by South Dublin County Council to date?"
REPLY:
A total of €20m has been allocated from LIHAF for the provision of the Celbridge Link Road (€5m) and two public parks (€7.5m each) in Adamstown.
All of these projects are at design and planning stage, hence no draw down to date. It is anticipated that funding will begin to be drawn down later in the year when construction commences on site.
