"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the total number of housing units delivered by SDCC in the Lucan area in 2017 and for this report to be broken down as follows.
The total number of Part 8 housing?
The total number of Part 5 housing?
The total number of houses bought on the open market?
The size of the houses ie. 1/2/3/4 bedrooms?"
REPLY:
A total of ten housing units were delivered in the Lucan area in 2017.
- Eight units were delivered through open market acquisitions and
- Two units were acquired through the Part V requirement on private developments
- No social housing build units were completed in the Lucan area in 2017
- The breakdown of unit types delivered are listed below:
