"Can I have an update on my previous motion that called on the Council to refurbish and bring into housing stock the Council depot known locally as the "coffee shop" on Greenfort Gardens?"

REPLY:

The Councils Architects department are currently working on design drawings for this premises with a view to developing this unit for housing.
