"This Committee agrees that the Chief Executive should enter into discussions with the Department of Housing and the owner(s) of the vacant lands surrounding the Clondalkin Mill Centre with a view to developing a mixed tenure development with up to 20% social housing."

REPORT:

This site is currently under the remit of the Council's Planning Department in relation to the Vacant Sites' Register in accordance with the requirements under the Urban Regeneration and Housing Act 2015.  Upon completion of this statutory process, the Housing Department will review it.
