QUESTION: Councillor P. Foley

"The agreed approach for digital speed display units is that additional sockets are to be installed to enable the rotation of existing units.  Could we be provided with a list for the RTT area of where and when these additional sockets are to be installed?"

REPLY:

"It is proposed that additional sockets be installed at the following locations.

Brittas Village: One socket on both N81 approaches to the village.

Rathfarnham Rd: Between Dodder Rd and Rathfarnham Village , one socket on each side.

Dodder Rd: In vicinity of existing signs but on opposite approach.

Taylors Lane. Between Grange Rd and County Boundary. One socket on each side.

Exact locations are dependent on site survey to ensure suitabilty for solar cells.

The works will be carried out as soon as possible after site surveys are complete."
