QUESTION: Councillor D. O'Brien

"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on all the current land SDCC has that is zoned for housing in the Lucan LEA and for this report to state how many houses could be built on this land?"

REPLY:

The Housing Department are currently reviewing sites zoned for housing as presented at the November Housing SPC which will be suitable for future social housing developments. A feasibility study of these sites will be carried out to review constraints and opportunities on these sites. In addition a number of sites are located within the Clonburris SDZ which is has recently completed the public consultation process. It is not possible to state the number of units which will be delivered until a full review has been carried out.
