QUESTION: Councillor D. Looney

"To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update on the plans for benches, a shelter and a standpipe for water in the dog run in Tymon Park, as previously requested; to ask if drainage work has been carried out at this location in advance of the winter season; and to make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

"The need for benches, a shelter and a water supply at the Tymon Park dog run will be examined.  These items will be costed and considered for inclusion in the 2018 Public Realm Improvement Works Programme.  The requirement for drainage works to address the ponding of water at the entrance to the dog run will also be considered for inclusion."
