QUESTION NO.12
QUESTION: Councillor P. Foley
"To ask the Chief Executive, further to the reply to my question on the baiting of Ballyragh Park at a previous ACM, could the mentioned progress report from the contractor be provided?"
REPLY:
"The Council's pest control specialist contractor has been treating Ballycragh Park for rodent infestation since the start of the current year. Reports submitted by the contractor show that while there was an increased level of rodent activity in the early part of 2017 that following regular visits by him throughout the year to lay bait the situation is now under control. Routine monitoring of the situation is continuing and bait is being replenished as required. This will remain to be the case for the moment, pending further advice from the contractor."
