"To ask the Chief Executive can he give an update on the situation regarding the land for Gaelscoil Knocklyon please?  Has all the legals been completed and when can the site be assigned to the Department of Education for the building of the Gaelscoil?"

REPLY:

"The conveyancing process in relation to the disposal of lands to the Department of Education and Science for Gaelscoil Chnoc Liamha is currently ongoing between the Chief State Solicitors Office and South Dublin County Council's Legal Department."
