MOTION: Councillor D. Looney, Councillor S. Holland

"That the members of this Committee call on the Mayor to host a Mayor's Reception for Ibrahim Halawa and his family following his release from an Egyptian prison and his return to Firhouse, given the support shown by this Council for Ibrahim and our collective involvement in the campaign to have him freed, and the work of his family members, who have met with us on several occasions, in the campaign."
