Part V agreements have been made in respect of 8 housing schemes in the Rathfarnham/Templeogue/Terenure electoral area. A total of 33 units will be delivered through Part V for social housing until the end of 2018. Further agreements are currently being negotiated and it is expected that additional units will be delivered through Part V in these areas.
