"To ask the Chief Executive if there is any update on this motion that was passed in November of last year."

"That this Area Committee calls on the Council to take action and finish the landscaping in Moy Glas Glade facing the new houses. The hill in front of the houses is in a bad way and is a danger to children playing in the area."

REPORT:

The Council engaged with the Developer of this estate and his Landscape Architect during the construction phase and had agreed landscape plans for implemenation on the ground. The Council has made contact again with the developer to progress the implementation of the plans as agreed. Following recent contact with the Council the Developer has committed to reviewing the site and progressing the agreed plans. The Council will provide an update report on progress to elected members as work progresses.
