"To compliment the Chief Executive for the procurement of a premises, the County Architect, the County Librarian, the Library Staff and all associated with fitting out to a very high standard the ground-breaking Digital Hub in Palmerstown which has brought to fruition commitments given to the Palmerstown Community by the then Dublin County Council as far back as 1979 and to compliment the Palmerstown Community Council for their dignified campaign over the years."
