"To ask the Chief Executive for a further update on the examination of measures to address traffic delays on Esker Road approaching the Newcastle Road signalised junctions as raised at the December 2016 and February 2017 meetings; including the proposal in the report on the question at the February meeting in relation to “an investigation of possible alternate methods of control?"

The investigation is ongoing. It represents a considerable body of work. A report will be issued when complete.
