MOTION: Councillor P. Gogarty

"That the Chief Executive sets in place a summer blitz of litter blackspots in the Lucan and Palmerstown area as a number of locations have been identified to elected reps (to be listed at this meeting)."

REPORT:

The undertaking of a "summer blitz" of litter blackspots in the Lucan and Palmerstown area is subject to a number of factors which include existing works commitments, number of blackspots in question and the extent of dumping at each location. When the list of locations is provided each site will be inspected and the matter will be considered further.
