MOTION: Councillor C. McCann

"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to upgrade the public lighting on Bancroft Grove. Visibility in the area is poor at night time and there have been a number of falls and attacks on residents in the area."

REPORT:

The Public Lighting installation in Bancroft Grove will be reviewed to assess its suitability for upgrade to LED. However the works programme for 2017 has already been agreed. Bancroft Grove will be added to the upgrade programme for 2018 if it is deemed appropriated for upgrade.
