"That this Committee asks the Chief Executive to install effective HGV restriction signs on the Newcastle Road to help address the increase in HGV’s using this road."

REPORT:

 The signs in place are those prescribed by the Traffic Signs Manual. Adherance to the manual is mandatory and no other signs are permitted.
