"That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to look at options to resolve the ongoing issue of cars, quads and scramblers cutting across the green space from Sundale Grove onto Russell Lawns."

REPORT:

"This matter has been examined and it is considered that a run of 1.2 metre high fencing along the side of the green space in question over the entire length of Russell Lawns (from Sundale Grove over to Suncroft Park) may be necessary to resolve this problem.  Tenders will now be sought for supply and erection of the fencing which would be required for this purpose."
