"That this committee asks the Chief Executive  to explore options to improve safety on the Fonthill Road at the turn to Ballyowen Equine Centre since there will be a  big increase in traffic in and out of the facility, including traffic lights or a traffic island."

The matter will be reviewed when normal traffic patterns have been established.
