"To ask the Chief Executive can an update on the car park developments at Rosemount Car Park please be provided to the Area Committee?"

REPLY:

"Meetings were held with local stakeholders (traders, community centre, residents' association, parish council) in 2016 where proposals on undertaking improvements were progressed. In the absence of funding the proposals have not been fully developed. A source of funding will have to be identified to progress the matter."
