Proposed Development: Construction of a new predominantly single storey Pharma production facility at a height of 15.95m with partial 2 storey plant room & enclosed roof top plant platform, single storey electrical building 126sq.m, an external utility yard for tanks and equipment and a single storey pump house 16sq.m. The main facility has a total floor area of 2998sq.m approx.
