QUESTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the feasibility study to be carried out in 2017 in relation to facilities for older children.

REPLY:

Provision has been made in 2017 to progress a study with regard to the provision of teenage facilities in the county. This study will include:

• consultation with relevant interest groups as well as reporting to the Elected Members as the study is progressing
• background research to assess current level of provision for this group

It is intended to commence this study as soon as possible
