"To ask the Chief Executive for an updated timescale on the next phase of the revised Clonburris SDZ plan including indicative dates for pre-briefing of the elected members?"

REPLY:

"The preparation of the draft Planning Scheme for Clonburris SDZ is progressing. The draft Planning Scheme that will go on public display before the end of Q1 2017. Members will be briefed in advance of the draft Planning Scheme going on public display. The briefing date, time and venue will be agreed with members in due course."
