QUESTION: Councillor P. Donovan

“Please can the Chief Executive outline the terms of reference and associated timetable for the forward plan traffic assessment in response to the Motion recently adopted for Rathfarnham (given the emerging and increasing traffic flow issues faced by many residents on Stocking Avenue, Edmondstown Road, Ballycullen Road, Whitechurch Road and Old Court Road)?" 

REPLY:

"There is no specific timeframe for actions by SDCC. Traffic is a natural consequence of development particularly in urban area. It will take a very broad range of actions from all stakeholders all of which are mentioned in the Headed Item for impacts to be appreciated."
