QUESTION: Councillor S. Holland

"To ask the Chief Executive how many section 31 notices have been placed on cars for sale at the carpark at junction of Grange Road and Nutgrove Avenue this year?"

REPLY:

Since February 2016, a total of 6 Section 71 Notices have been placed on cars for sale in this car park.  The Roads Section have been monitoring this site regularly and with the assistance of the Traffic Wardens in the area have also contacted the owners of these cars and informed them to remove them.  

Recently a corryboard was placed in the Carpark warning the public that cars parked for sale in the car park would be removed.
