MOTION: Councillor D. O'Brien

"That this Area Committee calls on the council to take action and finish the landscaping in Moy Glas Glade facing the new houses. The hill in front of the houses is in a bad way and is a danger to children playing in the area."

REPORT:

"As these are not Council houses the completion of the estate is a matter for the developer in accordance with the conditions of their Planning Permission.  I have referred this matter to the Planning Department with a request that they pursue the developer to complete the estate.  They have sought more information and a map of the area in question to enable them to follow up."
