"To ask the Chief Executive to present members with the finalised plans for the sports and community hall at Adamstown, as these have only been available through other channels to date and to explain why a follow-up meeting with all stakeholders did not take place as promised?"

"The community element of the proposed development of the sports and community facility in Adamstown has been agreed by all the stakeholders and the planning proccess has commenced."
