MOTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

"That this committee requests the Chief Executive to investigate flood issue at Tandys Lane (next to the Old marketing suite) due to running water coming from the premises particularly when there is heavy rain. The owners of the marketing suite were instructed to tidy up the area making it look less derelict, could an update be reported back to the committee."

REPORT:

"The owners of the site will be written to and requested to take the necessary measures to prevent water flowing from the site onto the road."
