9 Landlord selling – 4 which secured HAP at an alternative property.

3 anti-social
A further 0.5% or 11 applicants voluntarily exited the HAP Scheme.
Tenancies created under the HAP Scheme, are covered under the terms of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 (as amended by the Residential Tenancies Act 2015). Under the Act, all HAP tenancies must be registered by the Landlord with the Residential Tenancies Board.
