"That this Committee asks that the Chief Executive to arrange an onsite meeting with a group of representatives that use the Dog Park in Griffeen to discuss how future structures could be introduced to the facility to supplement the existing facility in place. Also a number of dog owners have asked if assistance could be provided to set up a group that would become a link between the council management and all dog users of the park which could benefit park/dog park users and council management".

REPORT:

"An on-site meeting can be arranged with a group of representatives upon receipt of contact details. The setting up of a group is something that could be discussed at the meeting in terms of the level of assistance required."
