"To ask the Chief Executive to consider including the design of Independent Living accommodation within the countys SDZ Clonburris plan?"

REPLY:

"The draft Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme is being prepared having regard to and in compliance with the provisions of the Housing Strategy and the South Dublin County Development Plan 2016-2022, which includes policies and objectives relating to housing designed for older people including independent and semi-independent (Housing H policy 3 and H3 Objective 1) and disabled persons (Schedule 3 – Housing Strategy section 6.4)."
