MOTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

"That the Chief Executive to examine the number of gaps/permeability’s in Hanstead (Hanstead Way) with a view to closing off one of them. The additional gap has led to a number of concerns raised by the residents and increase in criminal activity"

REPORT:

"The permeability onto the Adamstown Link Road, i.e. two pedestrian “kissing gates” at either end of Hansted Grove are installed in accordance with the Planning Permission granted. This section of Hansted has not yet been Taken In Charge so the Council has no authority to close any of these gaps.
