"To ask the Chief Executive  to provide a report on the progress of taking in charge of Newcastle Manor, listing any outstanding works to be completed before the council can take this estate in charge."

REPLY:

 Newcastle Manor has never been offered for TIC.

To my knowledge there is a management company in place and SDCC have never been approached regarding TIC.
