MOTION: Councillor C. King

"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to repair or replace the gates entering and exiting Kiltalown Park while consultation continues with residents regarding the extinguishment of the right of way at Kiltalown View entering the Park with a view to preventing illegal vehicular access to the Park by quads and scramblers once again."

REPORT:

An undertaking was given to the May meeting of the Tallaght Area Committe to have the gates in question repaired.  Unfortunately this work has not as yet taken place.   An order has now been placed for the necessary repair work and it is expected that it will be completed within the next two weeks approximately.
