MOTION: Councillor C. McCann

"This committee requests the Chief Executive to have fencing erected around Butler/McGee Park."

REPORT:

Due to the area involved and length of fencing required to surround this park it will not be possible to include it in the ongoing maintenance or public realm improvement works programme.  It is proposed that a cost estimate will be prepared for this proposal and that it will be considered for inclusion in the Council's 3 year rolling capital works programme.
