"Can the Council provide an update on outstanding enforcement issues in Peyton, Rathcoole including...

- Securing and defining the boundaries of the estate: All boundaries to the development will be completed in accordance with the Planning Permission. 

- Landscaping the embankment which is in shocking condition. 

- Providing adequate drainage at the entrance which currently collects water. This is because the wearing course is not on the road yet. 

Can the letter include a request for a timed action plan showing when remedial works will be carried out.

- Exposure of live electrical mains at a children’s play area, which might easily lead to fatal injuries. 

- Potholes over a foot in depth, which have resulted in damage to residents cars. 

- Mounds of soil of a height in excess of 15 feet directly in front of houses, which was neither part of the planning permission, nor has been fenced off from children. 

* Unstable flag poles, some of which have fallen with bad weather. This matter is included in the snag list

and include an update on what steps residents could take to speed up the taking in charge process."

REPORT:

1. The boundaries will be included in the snag list.

2. Landscaping the embankment is included in the snag list.

3. All ponding will be included in the snag list.

4. We will include a request for a timed action plan showing when remedial works will be carried out.

5. Exposure of electrical mains this matter is being attended to.

6. Potholes this item is included in the snag list.

7. The matter of mounds of soil in front of houses has been referred to Parks Department and is included in a snag      list letter to Black Church Homes.

8. Residents could write directly to Blackchurch Homes and ask them to forward their concerns to Apollo.
