QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the Chief Executive to confirm what systems he has in place to ensure that the wishes of members expressed through business, particularly motions, at Tallaght Area Committee meetings are the subject of a fully coordinated and integrated response and will he update members in that regard?"

REPLY:

Where a Motion is agreed by Elected Members at an Area District Committee Meeting, and where further action is required, the matter is dealt with by way of commitment via CMAS to the relevant Directorate of Services.
