"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report indicating the number of families (and the total number of children) on the waiting list for four bedroom dwellings, what list they are on, homeless, standard and medical priority, the length of time each family is on the list and how many four bedroom dwellings became available to the Council in the last 12 months."

The table below show numbers of families on the social housing waiting list with a requirement for four bedroom accommodation.

The table below shows length of time on Housing and Transfer lists, please note the majority of those five years plus on the housing waiting list have been given access to ASH (Applicant Sourced Homes) or RAS and are eligible for HAP. There have been five refusals of offers from those 13+ years on the housing waiting list, two of these under CBL. The Council has advertised 5 four bedroom dwellings under CBL since it’s introduction in October 2011.
