Location: Boherboy, Saggart, Co. Dublin. Proposed Development: Residential development consisting of 218 3 and 4 bed 2 storey houses and a creche of (246sq.m) to be built on a site of circa of 8.16ha which will form Phase 1 of development of the Boherboy Neighbourhood within the Fortunestown Local Area Plan (2012). The proposed development consists of two adjoining sites to be developed by (a) Kelland Homes Ltd. for 111 dwellings and on the eastern side, bounded by the Corbally Stream and (b) by Durkan Estates Ireland Ltd. for 107 dwellings and a creche on the western side, and in total provides for 17 4 bed detached houses, 41 4 bed semi-detached houses, 144 3 bed semi-detached houses and 16 3 bed terraced houses. The adjoining lands to the north are in the same ownership and form the remainder of the Boherboy Neighbourhood to be developed in the future with the Boherboy Road bounding the site to the south. Access to the development will be via 2 vehicular access points from the Boherboy Road along with the provision of a roadside footpath at the Boherboy Road. The proposed development also includes for all associated site development works, public open spaces, including alongside the Corbally Stream landscaping and provision of a pedestrian link to the District Park to the north east. Surface water will be attenuated within the site, with fallout to existing watercourses, with foul sewer and connected to a proposed new pumping station located at the northern end of the site, on an overall site area of 17.48ha. Location: The Cuckoo's Nest Public House, Greenhills Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Proposed Development: A mixed-use and residential development on a site is bounded by Greenhills Road to the front (west) and Tymon Park to the north, south and east. The proposed development consists of the demolition of the existing Tallaght Theatre corner (328sq.m) and the construction of a replacement theatre (371sq.m) in the north-west corner of site. Permission is also sought for the renovation and alteration to the existing Cuckoo’s Nest public house consisting of: (i) the demolition of rear and side extensions and (ii) proposed new two storey extension which will provide for bar and lounge and external courtyard with seating all at ground floor level, restaurant at first floor, ancillary kitchens and office, with total floor area of 1,016sq.m. Location: Site at junction of Citywest Road and Garter Avenue, Citywest, Dublin 24 Proposed Development: Residential development of 112 dwellings comprised of: 90 two storey houses consisting of 10 four bed detached houses, 2 three bed detached houses, 8 four bed semi-detached houses, 2 three bed detached houses, 8 four bed semi-detached houses, 42 three bed semi-detached houses and 28 three bed mid-terrace houses along with 22 one and two bed apartments in a four storey apartment building. The proposed development includes all associated site development and infrastructural works, car parking, bin storage, open spaces and landscaping. Access to the development will be via two vehicular entrances from Garter Avenue. All on a site of 3.74ha bounded to the east by the N82 Citywest Road, to the north-west by Garter Avenue and to the south by lands that will be developed as a Neighbourhood Park (permitted under Reg.Ref.
