"To ask the Chief Executive for a report into what progress has been made with Housing in Balgaddy and what outstanding works require attention?"

REPLY:

The ventilation pilot project to address dampness issues with 13 specific units in Balgaddy has now been completed. This work consisted of installing wall vents and extractor fans where necessary.
