REPLY:

1. As part of the Tallaght Cycletrack, new paving was carried out on the footpaths around the sculpture.

It had been intended to replace all the paving as part of the Villages Programme (as shown).

Councillors are now being asked as to whether to leave the recent paving or carry out the entire work.

2. The works here originally entailed closure of the road. This was objected to by one individual and the work did not go ahead.

This proposal is similar except the road closure is not included.
