"That SDCC put a Compulsory Purchase Order  on the RIC Barracks building before it falls into further decay in order to preserve the building."

There are previous files related to this building, under Derelict Sites / Planning legislation. There is also an onus on the current owner of the building to keep it at an acceptable standard. It is not intended to place a CPO order on the property.
