"To ask the Chief Executive to examine fully the potential for securing usable community space, for transfer to the Council, as part of conditions to any grant of permission in respect of planning application SD16A/0027 for an extension to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, noting that the library space required by the LAP is not being provided?"
