"That this Area Committee request the Chief Executive to reconvene regular meetings of the Adamstown SDZ Steering Group to be attended by local elected members."

REPORT:

"Development on the Adamstown Strategy Development Zone (SDZ) is recommencing after a number of years on inactivity. The nature of the engagement on the Adamstown SDZ between South Dublin County Council and the developers is still be scoped out. In order to keep the members briefed on progress in relation to development within the SDZ, the Land Use, Planning and Transportation Department will issue an update report to members for information for each quarter of the year commencing September 2016."
