"Following previous questions submitted on the issue of investigating the flooding/water drainage problem on Ballyowen lane that this committee requests an update on the findings of this examination and also to ask the Chief Executive to confirm if the water drainage issues at this location is connected to similar water drainage problems at Hermitage Park (Esker Football Club)."

REPORT:

"The SDCC Drainage section has examined the area and found that the issues are not connected to similar drainage issues at Hermitage Park.

We are considering a number of potential solutions in conjuntion with the Roads Department and hope to agree a suitable solution in the near future."
