"To ask the Chief Executive to examine the serious lack of available parking spaces for residents of The Paddocks estate and to advise on the feasibility of seeking or facilitating the future provision of an overflow car parking area on undeveloped open space close to the junction of The Paddocks Drive, Walk & Crescent?"

REPLY:

The appropriate level of car parking set out in the Planning Permission has been provided. We will request that the Receiver / Investor consider incorporating additional parking in any new application for the lands undeveloped.
