"To ask the Chief Executive to take immediate steps to take in charge all areas of Kew Park estate not currently in charge in particular the laneway between houses 31 and 32 Kew Park?"

REPLY:

Kew Park estate is already in charge including the laneway between No.s 31 & 32. It was Taken-in-Charge by Dublin County Council in 1973 and transferred to South Dublin County Council in 1994 when it was first set up.
