QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the Chief Executive to present a further update on issues raised at recent deputations meetings by Kingswood Heights Residents Association and were the subject of business of the last two meetings of the Tallaght Area Committee and in responding will he appreciate the need to deal effectively with the various matters to the satisfaction of the local community?"

REPLY:

The matters raised by the Kingswood Residents at Deputations meeting have been notified to the relevant staff in the appropriate Directorates and are being monitored and progressed. In the case of restriction of development on green spaces by Public Realm, by Economic Development in the case of the land disposal and by Planning in the matter of the still awaited submission /revised layout plans from the Department of Education and Skills.
